AIA is in search of a
talented business development person to work along side the president
and is not afraid to take us to the next level. AIA has a number of
business opportunities that are under utilized and can provide us with
considerable growth. AIA's business is as diverse as mechanical
product design, kiosk manufacturing, software & web development, credit
card gateway services, importing, and resale. As a result, there are
lots of opportunities for you to pursue. The challenge is here for
the right person who enjoys working in high technology, but within a
small group. This individual will have at least 10 years experience
in the following areas:
- sales and marketing
- growing small businesses
- finding and securing funding
- creating and implementing
marketing plans
- enjoys wearing multiple hats
Salary: base plus commission in addition
to performance incentives

Technical Support |
AIA is always on the lookout
for talented technical support people. We are a small company and as a
result demand that each employee wears many different hats, making AIA a
good place to learn. We are willing to train a bright prospective
employee many aspects of the job, but at minimum before you apply, you
must have a working knowledge of MS-DOS, all Windows OS's, Wireless and
Wired Networking, understanding of Internet and computer security issues
and how to resolve, be able to work well without supervision, and be
able to retain a pleasant disposition under fire.
- Must have your own car and
insurance for field work
- Must enjoy working in a small
company
Salary is at entry level, with increases
as earned.
