Why do we ask for this info?

Broadband technology is condition sensitive and the service availability is dependent on two things: The proximity of your location to the telephone company's Central Office (CO) in your neighborhood and the quality of your phone line. Hence, this info needs to be forwarded to Speakeasy because they need to know where your venue is located.
